I had a mixed experience at Hotel Challis. On one hand, the location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore Potts Point. However, I found the room to be quite small and the service a bit lacking, with room cleaning not meeting my expectations. Overall, the vibe of the hotel is nice, but there are some areas that could definitely be improved.
